"I loved staying at this property! It was very clean, and there were plenty of towels and other extra linens. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking basics. I especially loved the back yard and hot tub. The host got back to me promptly with my questions. I would definitely stay there again!"

"The front desk attendant was wonderful. So helpful, polite, and nice. However, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was half-eaten food and trash just hanging out all over the perimeter of the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the main reason I booked this property, and didn't get to use it due to its condition."

"Property was clean and definitely set up to house a large group of people. Some of the interior is a bit run down with cracked paint and a section of the floor had tape and a carpet on it though it felt completely safe to walk on. All the beds listed were there. The kitchen was well stocked with serving ware, cooking items, and personal plates and silverware. The layout of the house was confusing to start. There are two separate upstairs and it took a bit of time to find the upstairs that is behind a set of doors. The upstairs shower has 2 curtains that meet in the middle and is a bit of a challenge for smaller adults to get in and out of. This space would not be good for someone with walking difficulties as many of the rooms are up or down stairs or at least a step or two. There are multiple dens and made it nice for different parts of our group to engage in smaller groups to play cards, play pool or watch TV. The grand piano is in the main front room of the house and is very loud. Thankfully those in our group who played are very good. The piano keys can be closed and this might be important to groups with smaller children. Overall, I recommend this space for people in a large group and we enjoyed our stay in the house. I would definitely bring my group here again if I travel to this area."

"The house was VERY well kept up and had the amenities listed. I appreciated how clean the house was and how well stocked the kitchen was. It was comfortable and the host was very good about communicating. The welcome book in the house had all the info we needed for the stay. Make sure you know that the bath in the junior suite is a tub only, no shower. (I think i just overlooked this in the listing, no fault to the property.) One detail not listed in the the kids nook in the master bedroom is open to and overlooks the bathroom where the bathtub and shower with a glass door is visible. There was a bonus twin mattress in a nook in the kids bedroom that has bunk beds and so this was not an issue for our group as there were still plenty of places to sleep. I would highly recommend this property. The creek out back with ducks hanging out every morning was an added bonus. I would stay here if traveling to the area again."

"Great place for a large group! Plenty of space in the house. 2 livingrooms makes it nice for groups with adults and kids. All the Bathrooms were good sized and none of us felt cramped when showering. Kitchen was stocked with necessary cookware and plenty of plateware and silverware. Hot tub and sauna worked great! Great view of Salt Lake City. Also can't say enough about how quick the owners were to respond when I reached out with questions. Would definitely rent the place again."
