"Our group of 5 couples enjoyed our 6-day stay! Great location for traveling from the airport and to Solitude, Brighton and Park City to ski! Sauna and hot tub were awesome and used every night! Layout of the kitchen and dining area was perfect for prep and enjoying dinner together! Jamie was quick to respond to a few questions we had.Highly recommend Skiers Private Retreat for a large group!"

"The owners very graciously allowed us to check in a bit early. We had been up traveling since 1:00 am SLC time so by 4:00 pm we would have been destroyed. The furnace was acting up but the owners brought in a repair person ASAP for a simple fix. The house was very clean, cozy and comfortable for our small group of 3 adults. No closet in "master" bedroom but the very large dresser and side tables provided plenty of storage. The deep bathtub in the updated en suite bathroom was perfect for soaking when it was too rainy or snowing too hard to use the hot tub. Kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, pots/pans, dishes, cleaning supplies, and commonly used spices. Beds were comfortable and very little traffic noise even though close to a busy street. The location was perfect for a skiing trip. Very close to several ski shops, retail stores, groceries, restaurants, and even a gas station right across the street (that was out of gas). Super easy access to highways and a straight shot right up the street to Big Cottonwood canyon. We didn't use the Ski Bus system but there are bus stops in both directions just a very short walk from the front door. Dali Crepes is a must try. Soooooo good! We always have at least one meal at the Porcupine Pub. We have purchased boots and helmets at The Lifthouse a few times over the years as central Indiana is not ideal for ski gear ;) They have very good boot fitters. We will definitely keep this property on our list for future visits."

"This site worked well for 4 people for a 5-day ski trip. The location is close to both Big Cottonwood Canyon and Little Cottonwood Canyon. The entire house is newly remodeled and very comfortable. "

"I could only have two towels for my room. I would have to exchange towels at the desk each day for new ones. With long hair, I always use two towels, and my spouse uses one. It's an odd rule. I also got a lecture on using a third-party booking site. I have been in worse places, but I've also stayed at much better places for the same price. The location was the best part. "

"Great location and very friendly staff. Short walk to a local bus stop that goes to Alta/Snowbird and very close to the Park and Ride that goes to the same locations and other major ski areas. Also, 8+ good restaurants, bars/grills and a ski shop within 1/2 mile or less. Decent breakfast too."
