"Ran out of waffles for breakfast an hour before breakfast ended. Our room temp was way too warm & we were unable to adjust the temps via thermostat or controls on the air conditioner. Engineer was unavailable to check it out before we went to sleep. Other than that, everything was good. Beds & pillows clean & comfy; staff very courteous & helpful."
