The cottage "La Salamandre", in local stone, is located with the locals next to the main house and an outbuilding comprising 3 guest rooms. It has a lounge area with TV, an open kitchen, a shower room with heated towel rail and a mezzanine bedroom (quality bedding in 160). Reversible air conditioning, free wifi, linen provided and cleaning included. We welcome you to the Domaine des Pierres Blanches, in a peaceful green setting on a 6,200 m2 property with free access to the swimming pool heated to 28 ° C from May to September. You will be ideally located for visiting the main tourist and historic sites not to be missed in Périgord but also in Lot and Corrèze: medieval cities (Sarlat-la-Canéda, Domme, La Roque-Gageac ...), caves including the essential caves de Lascaux and Padirac chasm, castles, gardens (Eyrignac ...), and many other activities. 5 min. you can also take advantage of the Dordogne (canoe rental) as well as the greenway offering more than 40 km of cycle path connecting in particular Sarlat (bikes available at the property).

Excellent Gite in wonderful location
The Gite was as described on the web site, immaculate condition with high quality throughout in a lovely peaceful location. The pool area was wonderful with a fantastic view and was kept spotlessly clean by our host Philipe. It was a perfect location for exploring the Dordogne region. Tranquil, a wonderful week in a beautiful gite
We had a wonderfully peaceful holiday thanks to our lovely hosts, Phillipe and Christina. After a very busy year and moving home the week before our break it was exactly what we needed and we felt well rested and relaxed. The gite was perfect for the two of us, well equipped and private, the pool was a fabulous temperature and well maintained, just right in the late summer warmth. Having bikes available and the route verte cycle path so close was brilliant and we made good use, cycling into Sarlat and St Julien. With so much to do in the area and such great hosts we highly recommend it as the perfect place to recharge your batteries! Thank you Phillipe and Christina and we hope to see you both again. Fantastic location, beautiful accommodation.
The Pincemin's made us very welcome. Everything was provided. We could even borrow bikes to use on the cycle track nearby. The pool was lovely and warm and the view from the cottage was beautiful. I would just warn anyone with mobility issues that it might not be for them as you have to climb a kind of ladder to the bedroom.

Super tolle Unterkunft
Sehr freundlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft. Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Christina und Philippe betreiben ihre weiße Domäne mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft . Nach Ausflügen ins Schwarze Pèrigord lässt es sich am und im Pool wunderbar entspannen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Formidable !
Tout est parfait ! Christina et Philippe sont des hôtes très accueillants, aux petits soins, plein de bons conseils pour visiter la région. La propriété est magnifique et au calme ainsi que bien placée pour découvrir les sites remarquables alentours. Le gîte est très propre, très beau et très bien équipé, il ne manque rien ! On se sent tout de suite chez soi et on n'a plus envie de repartir. Bref on recommande vivement !

Séjour en Dordogne
Bonjour, Notre séjour (15jours) dans le gîte de Philippe et Christina au domaine des Pierres Blanches à Carlux a été une superbe expérience... Le gîte est très bien agencé, fonctionnel, surtout climatisé et d'une propreté impeccable (surtout par rapport au covid). Les propriétaires d'une gentillesse absolue se mettent en quatre pour vous rendre le séjour agréable ( n'hésitant pas à prendre les rdv pour le restaurant...). Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation pour un dépaysement dans une région magnifique, la Dordogne...
