We have located just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village, with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and the train station.

Your vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at its finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This first-floor unit is in a twenty-one-unit, garden low-rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two-story buildings surrounded by a beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex.

We walked on the beach every day, enjoyed the many restaurants of Carlsbad Village, and rested comfortably in the condo, with its up to date amenities. Birding was good for my birder husband, near here and at the nearby lagoons. Sad to leave on this So. CA sunny morning.

Property was exactly as listed. Stayed here with my family of 4 for a week while visiting family. Walking distance to the beach, local restaurants and shops for everything you will need, off street parking as well as a bunch of street parking. Everything we needed within the unit, including a fully stocked kitchen. Only needed to contact the host once during our stay, and immediately got a response. I would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed here before and it t is fabulous. Close to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood and has everything we need for our stay. Comfy beds Wi-Fi and nice furnishings. If you cook while you are there you will need to purchase everything except salt and pepper but we usually eat out or with family. Cafe Elysa is close by and has the best breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I spent 2+ weeks here and it was perfect. Clean, attractive, well appointed (the apartment and the property). It's walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Loved the off-street secure parking too. The on-site manager, Angel, was delightful and eager to help if needed. Our son and his family live in Carlsbad and the grandchildren enjoyed coming over and swimming in the pool. We are looking forward to returning to Seaside Village on our next visit. It was just ideal for us.

Easy check in and really nice place to stay. Close to the beach and restaurants. Beds were really comfortable and the place was very clean. Nice to have some tea and coffee available. You will need to buy anything else you need for cooking except a few seasonings but that was not an issue for us. Likely due to Covid and wanting it to be really clean. Parking off street is a perk and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. We will look to stay there again during future visits. Owners/managers really responsive to any questions.
