2 Eden Grove Cottages - 3-Bedroom Cottage (Dog-friendly)

Eden Grove Cottage is a delightful 3-bedroom eco-friendly cottage nestled down and quaint courtyard lined with established trees and shrubs, creating a peaceful, attractive location.

Formally a stable block, the building has been converted into a surprisingly-large holiday home for up to six guests with a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area. Leading off the kitchen is the first of the two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and loo. Two steps lead down from the dining area into the snug living room with a beautiful log-burning stove to relax in front of after a day out exploring the local area.

The wooden staircase with handrail leads to the first-floor corridor with wooden floorboards and is flanked by the original red-stone wall that spans the length of the building. A lovely original feature from the building's past. Off the corridor are three equally-sized double bedrooms, each benefiting from large windows and vaulted ceilings. At the end of the corridor are the second bathroom comprising of a bath, basin, loo and heated towel rail. Next door to the bathroom is the WC with a loo and heated hand-towel rail.

Outside is a small patio with seating.

Ground floor shower room with shower, basin, loo and heated towel rail. Living room with two comfy sofas, wall-mounted smart TV with Freeview TV and a log burning stove.

Accessed by wooden stairs with wrought-iron handrail.
Three equally-sized bedrooms, each with a vaulted ceiling, a double bed, large windows and clothes storage.
The family bathroom has a bath and hand-held shower head, a loo, a basin, and a heated towel rail.

Due to the bed configuration, this property is suitable for up to children only.
Arrivals are welcome on Friday for weekly stays.
Short breaks are permitted in the low and mid-season or within 60 days of arrival.

Unrestricted street parking along a quiet lane. The courtyard is shared with neighbours.

Lovely house in a lovely village

Well equipped, cosy house in a lovely village. Great local shop and pub. Excellent river and woodland walks right on the doorstep.
