The reception and cleaning staff were very helpful. The hotel decor is rather dark and dated. The lift was out of order so I had to go up 6 flights of stairs to my room. Ox Hotel Carlisle
I stayed here while working nights. Wasn’t disturbed at all during the day while I slept. It’s a fairly old hotel so everything is in working order. Not glitchy like a new hotel. The shower is great. The gym looked good on passing. Staff are friendly and courteous.
