"The appartment itself was ok: renovated building, lots of space, clean, several eating options closeby... There was actually an elevator contrary to what was listed on Expedia, a nice surprise. My only minor gripes were that the mattress was too soft for my taste and the TV quite small. However, I had two more important concerns which negatively impacted my stay experience. The appartments are actually operated from a hotel located in Porta di Castro (about 200 meters from them). - Check-in...

"The owner are helpful, have clear instructions on how to store the bags before the checking in process. But as a reminder, it is having NO lift there, you have to carry the baggage manually to the upstairs. Overall speaking, worth to stay there"
