"The property itself is beautiful however being as that it’s only three years old it is in some need of attention already. We had to switch rooms three times the first day as electrical outlets weren’t working and there were plumbing issues. The best thing we did was upgrade to elite service because without the butler, Cristian, who did everything to make us happy, we would have left the property that day. He was the reason we stayed. Food was mediocre. Staff were super friendly. "

"I think staying at a resort like this for your first time in Jamaica is good. I personally wouldn’t do it again. The resort itself is nice but unfortunately I had alot of issues in my room. Thankfully I was out most of the day but wished staff took my concerns more seriously. Unfortunately, a lot of them weren’t friendly. I guess they expect you to know how all of this works but it was my first time in Jamaica… I definitely enjoyed the photographers and they really made my trip better! I got some great pictures!"
