"Overall, the property was excellent. Clean and well maintained. Lots of varieties for places to shop, eat and relax. Rented a cabana on the beach the last day and absolutely loved it. Food at the nicer restaurants was awesome. On the negative side some of the staff were rude and had total contempt for the customer. I mean just jerks. And you will pay through the nose for every food item or drink. Lots of added fees and service charges."

"This is the original Excellence resort and you can tell. It's a bit more outdated... there was alot of construction going on near our room, painting sanding, it wasn't pleasant. They are also short staffed so some of the restaurants are closed at night which let very few options"
