"Will definitely come back to stay at this property. It was right off the beach, close to the airport and there was even a 24hr food and liquor market across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the resort, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Luis at the front desk and Manager Dariel. From the moment we arrived, Luis greeted us with genuine warmth, professionalism, and an incredibly positive attitude that made us feel immediately welcome. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and was always friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Manager Dariel was equally outstanding. You can truly see his dedication to guest satisfaction and the high standards he sets for the resort. He took the time to ensure we were enjoying every aspect of our visit and made us feel valued as guests. His leadership clearly reflects in the excellent service provided by the entire team. The resort itself was beautiful, relaxing, and well-maintained, but it was the exceptional hospitality from Luis and Dariel that made our trip unforgettable. "The property including the room were exceptionally clean. Thank you Colleen our room cleaner for a great job. The buffet was ok not that good. The steak house and Italian restaurants were excellent. The staff were ok not the friendliest. Drinks were good. The sports bar awesome!! I would give it a 4 out 5 "

"I saw reviews and videos about the property not being up to par and how the staff were rude and stealing. I didn't experience any of that. The property is as pictured, staff were friendly, food was a hit or miss as any buffet would be. I'd say, when booking call the resort to get reservations at some of the restaurants as they seemed to always be booked or at capacity. The themed were only on the family side while I was there and you wouldn't know about them unless you go on that side or look on the app. The Michael Jackson show that they have nightly was fun. And most of all the property was CLEAN!!! In rooms and out of them. The staff was always picking up trash, spot mopping, dusting etc."
