We have stayed at the this hotel a number of times and enjoyed our stay and the food room quality. However, this time was disappointing. Future Inns Cardiff Bay
Reception and restaurant staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming and they were very helpful. Only issue was that there was meant to be an ice dispenser in the laundry room but doesn’t look like there was one. Everything else was perfect
