Staff were friendly but miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping, meant that requests were missed or forgotten. Best bit of the hotel is the bar and outdoor terrace. "Quick and easy check in. Have previously stated here many times and have never had a bad experience, which is why we return. Parking on site is free and the people are lovely. Lift did stop whilst we were in it, but managed to get the doors to open and we continued down the stairs"
