If you had booked an en-suite, then we would have provided you with one.. Yet you did not! You booked a twin room with sink & 2 shared bathrooms .. You said to me that you had booked a double en-suite room.. I showed you your booking, you had been provided with exactly what you had booked .. To say there was a bad smell in the room is just rubbish.. (Plus you didn’t mention this while you’re rude partner was here having a tantrum) our rooms are cleaned & checked daily.. Next time maybe take a little care & make sure you book what you want.. Have a nice day..
