"As a Platinum member they made no provision for my arrival or benefits offered by Expedia. I could not book the speciality restaurant in advance and could not check in, in advance. When arriving only one restaurant was available with space. I had to take it or continue eating at the buffet every night. Not what you expect when spending considerably money. No recognition of my Platinum status. The hotel food meat was very dry. Some meats were so dry it was not possible to eat. I would recommend that Platinum Expedia customers who expect good service and Platinum benefits keep well clear of this hotel. No entertainment after an evening meal past 9pm. Not even music in the lobby. No offer of an upgrade even though the hotel was almost empty. Guests and staff shared the only working elevator between 7 floors. The sauna was advertised but on arrival not avaialble and out of service. One of the main reasons for booking the hotel. There was no alternative luxury offered. A very disappointing experience when there are many other hotels available. In my view a total waste of time, effort and money. "

"Spacious clean air conditioned room. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. Grounds of the property were clean and perfectly maintained. Free shuttle to the private beach. Ambience at dinner in the evenings was superb 👌. "

"With the possible exception of some places in Italy, I have NEVER been to such a child-friendly environment. The staff were incredible and made us feel like home. It was like staying in a Jamaican uncle's house on the beach. We will definitely go back!"

"Upon arrival, the staff was polite. The place was not as expected, and we experienced poor communication. We reached out multiple times via Expedia and WhatsApp, and our messages were seen, but we haven't received a reply. The host only ever reached out when I made contact with Expedia/Vrbo re the problems we had. The property lacked presentability overall: the pool was dirty with sediment at the bottom and foggy water, unsuitable for swimming; AC vents were filthy, causing headaches, stuffy noses, and runny eyes for most of us; bathroom curtains were unclean, and all curtains were transparent, offering no privacy from the kitchen to the rooms. The kitchen had grease buildup on the stovetop and behind the stove, unclean cupboards, and one room closet with insect feces or dead insect remains, and burnt-out, malfunctioning plugs. Additional issues included a malfunctioning toilet plumbing system (with no plunger provided), no proper broom in the house (which we had to request), dusty rooms, especially beside the bed, dusty bedside lamps, AC sculpture figures, lizards roaming freely, and cobwebs near the AC. Luckily, we walked without our own games, because even the property's games were dusty. It was so uninviting. When the matter was reported, the pool was so-called "being cleaned" while we were there, and it did not make a difference. Even at 1 point, two (2) unknown persons came through the gate to the property manager/host. We weren't aware of that. It was like a big "yaad""

Steve, our driver, greeted us with a warm smile and was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about the area, offering tips and insights that made us feel instantly at home.When we got to the villa, we were welcomed by the wonderful staff who made our stay so special. Miss Janet cooked the most delicious meals every dish was packed with flavor and love. She told us she cooks from the heart, and you could absolutely taste it in every bite. Miss Casandra kept our surroundings clean and fresh, always with a kind word and a smile.The property itself is truly an oasis. Surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of birds, it felt like a private tropical paradise. The pool was spotless and inviting perfect for cooling off during the day or relaxing in the evening. Everywhere you turned, there was a sense of peace and calm. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease.At night, Mr. Campbell, the security guard, was always nearby. His quiet presence gave us a real sense of safety and comfort. We also had the pleasure of spending time with Chris, Marlon, and Rass each of them brought something special to our stay and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves.This trip was one to remember, and it was all thanks to the amazing people and this beautiful property.
