The lush tropical plantings, gardens, pools and the marina put you in another world. The grounds are meticulously maintained, the hotel and restaurant staff are friendly, and helpful. "

"This hotel was not in a pleasant area, frankly I’m surprised it’s on Expedia because this is a hotel where people can rent weekly or monthly. The worst part of this hotel is that our room smelled like smoke despite it being a non smoking room, we left feeling like we had smoked an entire pack of cigarettes. I would never stay at this place again or recommend it to anyone ever. "

"The shallow pool was great for our beginner swimmers and the big pool was nice for everyone else. We enjoyed the pools a lot. Breakfast was typical but with many options and the staff was great, especially Ruby. "

"I was told when I arrived there was parking charge and a refundable deposit which I thought was wrong the ad said total all you pay so what's up with that and I was 2 hours early and they said I had to wait till 4 called the number again mgr put me on hold then said I could get the early arrival but I was still left driving around for that time very displease I have better receive my deposit that I didn't expect to have the additional money wasn't on the app sorry but I wont go there again "
