Charming mansion from the 1930s, completely renovated and redecorated by a Parisian stylist. The house is fully equipped so that you can make the most of your stay.

Located in the olivette district, the house faces the Canal du Midi where you can rent a boat without a license if you feel like it, or sit on a bench with the Sunday fishermen. It will take you barely 6 min to get to the station on foot, 8 min to go to the free concerts in the André Chénier park (summer season) and 10 min to find yourself in the city center. The medieval city is 10 minutes by car and half an hour on foot if you choose to get there by the path that runs along the canal, which will offer you nice views and spots for your vacation photos. .

On the ground floor, the house consists of a living room and a dining room open to the kitchen as well as to the patio (which is the ideal place for an evening drink), a laundry room with a toilet where you can wash, dry and iron your clothes, and a bedroom with two single beds, a desk and a HIFI system.
Upstairs you will find two very large bedrooms, one with TV and two bathrooms with shower, toilet and bathtub. Outside, in front of the house, a garden planted with a multitude of flower species where you can enjoy the sun and the song of birds lying on the deckchairs, make barbecues, and park your car.
Facing south, the house is always very bright.

You will find in the kitchen all the spices and utensils you will need for cooking as well as an activated carbon water filter and a water vitalizer that will give you the purest water there is.
You will have access to the whole house, as well as to the two parking spaces located in the garden.
Two large wardrobes are completely free so you can store your things.
Only the cellar and other cupboards will be closed.
You will have two TVs, netflix, a stereo and internet access by wi-fi.
