Muy mal

No pude disfrutar de la estancia ya que vrbo me dejó reservar añadiendo dos bebés a la capacidad de personas de la reserva que no contaban como persona adulta y el propietario me dijo que si éramos más no me iba a permitir la entrada, así que he perdido la reserva por falta de información entre vrbo y el propietario. No me dejó llevar dos bebés de 1 año que pueden dormir con los padres y en cambio me permitía llevar mascota. No hubo comprensión ninguna por su parte y me dijo que no me cambiaba el día de la reserva para que pudiera ir solamente con mi marido y mis dos hijos. Así que se quedó con el dinero sin llegar a un acuerdo ni siquiera darme ninguna opción para arreglarlo. UNA ESTAFA
