Single-storey house under the pines in a peaceful setting between lake and ocean
- Comfortable detached house, 110 m², ideally located 1.3 km from the lake and 4 km from the ocean, close to cycle paths (50 m).
Three bedrooms, 1 separate WC, 1 bathroom (1 shower, 2 sinks, 1 bidet). Bed linen can be rented for €15 per bed (beds made upon arrival), and towels (1 large and 1 small) for €15 per set per person.
Two terraces (1 south-facing and 1 east-facing with a barbecue).
500 m² garden with trees, left in its natural state, partially enclosed (no gates). Private parking and garage. No pets allowed.
