House equipped with two outdoor terraces without vis-à-vis, 4000 m2 of land (with chickens and sheep on one part), an outdoor swimming pool for children.

The house is organized on two levels:
- Ground floor: 1 open fitted kitchen with zinc bar, 1 dining room for 6 to 8 people, 1 comfortable living room with TV and two sofas, 1 office space under the stairs, 2 bedrooms with single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub and 1 hanging toilet.
- 1st floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room with shower and WC, 1 office space.

Available: washing machine, dishwasher, etc. All the comforts of a modern home.

Optional, possible loan of a car to circulate.

Carbonne is a village of nearly 5000 inhabitants with all the amenities and services: downtown with shops, market every Thursday and Saturday, nursing home, supermarkets, entertainment, etc.

Nearby less than 2 hours by car: Toulouse (30 min), Albi and its episcopal city (1h20), Carcassonne and its castle (1h30), Lourdes (1h20), the central Pyrenees (1h15 of the first hikes in Ariège), the Mediterranean beaches (1h45), etc.
