Fun Group Girls Weekend

This home was amazing, comfortable, had many amenities, and was fun to stay at. There were 7 of us and had a great time. High end appliances and very comfortable beds and pillows. We highly recommend this home!!!!!

Amazing place!

We absolutely loved this property. We were in Carbondale with family celebrating a birthday, college graduation, and Christmas. This place was perfect for entertaining family and friends. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Will book again! Pictures are accurate, but place is even grander in person. Lots of extra offerings and nice touches. Exit plan was easy too, didn’t ask for too much done at check out. Great house for couples with all the nice bathrooms. Exceeded expectations.

Great family place

Wonderful floor plan. Love 3 ensuites! Kitchen was great. Only 6 dining room chairs for sleeping 8 people, but we made do. Lots of light colored furniture if you have young humans. There is a great yard. We didn't use the hot tub or the pool, but will when we come back in 2025.

Private Oasis

This house surprisingly accommodated three couples and a couple of teenagers very comfortably. We all took advantage of fishing, paddle boats, swimming, and tennis which are all just a short walk away through this private neighborhood. We enjoyed the bonus hot tub and grilling in a very quiet and private, wooded setting. We would definitely do it again!

Top Notch Accommodations!

We stayed at this home for our daughter’s graduation from SIU with family. The house is fabulous and everyone commented it was a wonderful place to stay. Only 8 mins to SIU campus, but out of the rush of all the traffic that was in town. The mattresses were super comfortable! While we didn’t use the pool or pond, we certainly would have if we had more free time. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful property with everything we needed

This property was beautiful. it was perfect for three generations of ladies. It was well appointed. Clean. Quality bedding and lots of towels. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had one small maintenance issue. That was taken care of quicker than I could have imagined if possible. The host was responsive and I would highly recommend this property. We will stay again if we are back in town. Thank you so much.

The property was lovely. Amenities were top rate. Instructions for keypad at front door said to tap to light up pad. Well, when you did you entered an incorrect number. We locked ourselves out because of too many errors. Had to call management to assist. They came in about 20 minutes. I took us almost an hour to enter the property after a tiring drive. Other than that, the stay was awesome.

Great place!

We took a girls trip for my 40th birthday. Excellent communication! Everyone was impressed with the house! 3 of the 4 bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and there was another full bathroom for the other bedroom. Beds were super comfortable! The decor was fancy and so was the coffee machine. Too fancy for a couple of girls, but they brought their Keurig. There is a gas stove, super nice, but only one of us knew how to use it so just fyi. We loved the dining room, sun room, and pool! Wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the rest of the property. It was a short drive from the wine trail which is why we stayed there. We loved the neighborhood coop grocery store nearby, like Whole Foods but smaller. Apple Maps could not find the house so be sure to use Waze. The only slight negative is the pretty decor was not always practical, mainly the lighting. Confusing to figure out the switches to all of them and the lamps in the bedrooms are high so you have to get out of bed to turn them on/off. Also, the master bedroom was not easy to cool. We didn’t see any actual vents in there, they were only in the attached sitting room. But anyway, none of that would keep us from staying again! In fact, we definitely plan to!

What a beautiful home! Immaculately decorated and tucked away. Simply lovely with lots of room for the four couples that went on this trip. Close to Murphysboro and Carbondale and all the things to do: wineries, breweries, etc. Bonus: Everyone got their own bathroom!

Accommodations were excellent. Had small pet and management was accommodating, no problems. The property was very well stocked with all necessary kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies, towels both kitchen and bath rooms. All was very clean. This weekend we had a short family vacation with our grown children. We spent the weekend hiking at Little Grand Canyon and Giant City and just spent time together at the house cooking together and enjoying the resort pool. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun weekend. It was quiet and private, but still close to shopping (Walmart is only a mile away). We will remember this place for future family trips. Thank you.

Third time staying in Pine Manor

This is the third year in a row we’ve stayed in one of the properties in Pine Manor. Each time we’ve stayed in a different house and each time it’s been 5 stars! The houses are so well maintained, clean, and the communication with the staff is always excellent. We love the beauty of Carbondale and Murphysboro. Great restaurants, wineries, Gian City, Shawnee National Forest, SIU, and friendly people. I highly recommend this house and any of the others.

If you are using GPS to get there, use google maps. It was the only map that was accurate. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Spacious, clean and lots to do. You absolutely cannot go wrong, here. We have family in the area and traditionally stay in a hotel. This was so much better! We will definitely be returning the next time we visit the area. 10/10

Heaven in the Woods

This beautiful, well appointed house, on a large, beautifully landscaped acreage, is the best VRBO stay we’ve experienced. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood convenient to Carbondale and Southern Illinois. I will visit here again.
