Great location and easy to access from Main Street. Bedrooms are spacious and linens and beds are quite comfortable. We loved having access to a garage. The location cannot be beat.
Needed A 3 bedroom place in Carbondale and skied all 4 of the Aspen mountains. Really enjoyed our stay and the great location right on Main Street. Highly recommended.
A friend of mine was getting married in the area and needed a place for her family to stay. The Perch on Main was perfect! Very clean, location was within walking distance to everything they needed, very comfortable, safe neighborhood, and manager was available when needed. The Perch had everything that was needed and my guests would stay there again for sure!
We really enjoyed being close to the Farmer's Market, Brewery and coffee shop. This was a great location for hiking Sopris, hiking near Marble and mountain biking to the Crystal Mill.

This was exactly what we had hoped for. Location to restaurants is perfect!
Such a great location, easy parking, and very comfortable condo over a mexican restaurant. It served our needs perfectly. Thank you so much! Staff was very communicative and helpful.
We had a 6 night stay downtown Carbonale at The Perch. It was clean, spacious, had a decent kitchen, washer and dryer, air, and TVs in all rooms. It is a very convenient location and was surprisingly quiet, except for workers weekdays working on the new pool area....but wasn't bad.
We could walk everyplace from the unit. Very easy to access.
I would stay again.
