- Welcome to Fairway & Fly at Sopris, a beautifully remodeled ranch-style retreat in the one-of-a-kind Ranch at Roaring Fork community in Carbondale, Colorado.
The home offers three comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed, and two full bathrooms. The primary suite includes a private full bathroom, a small walk-in closet, and a convenient in-room fitness area featuring a stationary bike, yoga mat, resistance bands, and light weights. Guests also have access to a two-car garage.
Outside, enjoy a private fenced backyard complete with a grill and outdoor hot tub—the perfect place to unwind after a day of fishing, skiing, hiking, or exploring the Roaring Fork Valley.
The home is located just a putt away from the practice green, steps from the tennis courts, and moments from miles of maintained walking and jogging trails. Guests can book a tee time at the Ranch’s walking-only, nine-hole par-3 golf course or explore more than 360 acres of open space filled with streams, ponds, wetlands, wildlife, and beautiful mountain scenery.
The Ranch is known for its incredible fly-fishing opportunities. Guests may fish in authorized Ranch waters, including private streams, stocked ponds, and the Gold Medal waters of the Roaring Fork River. Two guest fishing permits are provided with the home. Fishing is catch-and-release and fly-fishing only, and all guests must complete the required forms and follow current Ranch fishing regulations.
Fairway & Fly at Sopris offers a peaceful mountain setting with convenient access to nearby destinations. The home is located along the RFTA bus route between Carbondale and Basalt and is approximately 30 minutes from Aspen and Snowmass.
