"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. "Very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. And good, tasty and fast room service. The roof top bar and pool were amazing! The hotel has a beautiful view of the surrounding area. There isn’t much to do near by. Everything is almost a half hour drive by car. "
