Casa excelente!!!

Recomendado 100% a casa, o acesso do condomínio a praia da Cocanha é perfeita, dá pra ir a pé tranquilamente. Todo o trâmite foi bem tranquilo, tivemos um pequeno desencontro no check-in mas no final deu tudo certo, a casa é ótima, ampla arejada, boa área de lazer. Todos adoraram. A casa precisa somente de alguns pequenos reparos, manutenção, mas no mais nos atendeu super bem. Agradeço a Rosana anfitriã que é super atenciosa.

Pós Carnaval em Caraguatatuba

A casa é bem grande e espaçosa, de fácil acesso e boa localização (próxima da praia). A região onde a casa está localizada também é boa, com mercados e centros comerciais a aproximadamente 5 minutos de carro. A piscina é bem localizada, grande e com a temperatura muito boa, podendo ser usada em dias com chuvas ou um pouco mais frio. A quadra também é um excelente espaço para diversão das crianças. Todos os quartos possuem ar condicionado, o que é um ponto positivo também. Como sugestão de melhoria temos a manutenção da casa em geral. Os chuveiros saem pouca ou quase nenhuma água, as pias estavam com vazamentos e em alguns quartos nem foi possível utiliza-la devido a isso. O caseiro foi bem prestativo, tentando auxiliar nesses problemas, mas a casa precisa de uma conservação e manutenção um pouco maior. De resto aproveitamos muito e agradeço pela hospedagem e receptividade!

Muito espaçoso, limpo e confortável

Primeiramente quero agradecer a Rosana pela atenção e carinho! Na nossa chegada na casa fomos recebidos pela dona Júlia, um amor de pessoa e super atenciosa, estamos aapaixonados pela Juju! A casa é realmente maravilhosa, muito grande, são 3 suítes fora da casa, subindo uma escada, e mais 3 dentro da casa, todas com cama de casal e ar condicionado, super confortáveis. Os banheiros são lindos e super limpos! Eu e meu namorado somos bastante alérgicos a ácaros e não tivemos problema nenhum com os colchões e travesseiros da casa. A casa fica em Caraguatatuba, mas muito perto de Ubatuba, conhecemos ambas cidades. A piscina e campo da casa nos supreenderam, se ficassemos só na casa já seria o Carnaval perfeito!! Se você procura um lugar espaçoso, aconhegante, próximo de praias e do comércio, esse é o lugar perfeito!! Agradeço mais uma vez a Rosana e a dona Júlia!! Vocês são maravilhosas!

Casa Ampla Agradável e Completa; Perfeita!

A casa é muito boa. Tem uma infraestrutura de primeira qualidade, muito bem cuidada e harmoniosa nos detalhes. Quartos no térreo para pessoas que não querem subir escadas e quartos no segundo andar para jovens. Todos muito confortáveis e aconchegantes. A piscina é espetacular e a área de churrasco e jogos muito gostosa e ampla. O campo society com gramado muito bom. Enfim é uma casa deliciosa, segura e muito bem cuidada. Acomoda tranquilamente grupos que querem passar dias em convívio muito agradável. Super recomendo! Vamos voltar com certeza.
