Viagem em março/2023

Já conhecíamos a casa do Renato por outra viagem que fizemos em 2017 e, exatamente por este motivo escolhemos ela para voltar. PERFEITA. Localização ótima, um quarteirão de farmácia, supermercado, restaurantes. Fácil acesso à rodovia. Condomínio tranquilo e seguro. Fora toda comodidade da casa, sempre bem conservada e repleta de utensílios. Em nossa viagem, estávamos em 8 adultos e uma neném de 6 meses, todos ficamos bem instalados, com ventilador para todos (apesar que os quartos se abrir a janela já bate uma brisa sensacional) O Renato também foi extremamente atencioso, entrei em contato diversas vezes antes da viagem devido a sequência de desmoronamentos na região de São Sebastião, com medo e incertezas quanto a nossa viagem, porém o mesmo sempre transmitiu clareza e ainda disse que “se houvesse qualquer perigo seria o primeiro a avisar”, que não colocaria hóspedes em riscos, o que eu achei demais de atencioso, realmente, obrigada. Enfim, se sua procura é conforto e comodidade, a casa preenche todos os requisitos.

Maravilhosa

A casa é bem maior e ainda mais bonita pessoalmente. Passamos quatro dias muito gostosos. A piscina é enorme, o comércio e a praia ficam bem pertos da casa. O único problema é que a praia do capricórnio é de tombo, mas é muito bonita. Vale muito a pena.

Um pedaço do paraíso na terra

O imóvel é exatamente como anunciado, 100m do mar, da casa se ouve o barulho das ondas. A piscina é deliciosa, a área de churrasco imensa, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Levamos nosso pet simba que se sentiu em casa de tão acolhedora que a casa do Renato e a Nilza é. Tem o mercado Gama quase na esquina pra atentar com aquele cheiro de pão quentinho...rs Se preparem para todos os dias serem acordados com o canto dos pássaros. O caseiro Didi é um fofo sempre muito solícito. O Renato e a Nilza são ótimos anfitriões, muito atenciosos e sempre dispostos a tirar nossas dúvidas. Resumindo tudo perfeito ! Local seguro, limpo, muito organizado e de muito bom gosto. Com proprietário bastante cuidadoso, e por conseguinte também cobra cuidados por parte dos locadores, o que está absolutamente correto. Um local em que minha família gostou muito de passar quatro dias e que certamente iremos retornar.

O anúncio está correto; o imóvel estava em ótimas condições; ótimas acomodações, banheiro na parte de baixo e fora da casa, espaço da churrasqueira convidativo, colchões e travesseiros limpos, o proprietário muito cordial; recomendo o imóvel; tem mercado próximo, pista para caminhar e andar de bike, adorei a piscina e ficar a toa na rede, lagoa azul próxima, comércio de sorvete e açaí, lugar tranquilo e seguro, o Paraíso!

Simplesmente sensacional!

Há muito tempo viajamos todos os anos para Caragua, mas sempre deixávamos o aluguel da casa para última hora e acabávamos ficando em casas não muito confortáveis. Em 2018 decidimos nos programar e ficar numa casa melhor, mas nos surpreendemos positivamente com tudo o que a casa tinha a nos oferecer. Primeiro que todo o contato com o Renato (proprietário) foi simples, fácil e agradável. Ele sempre me atendeu com muita atenção e sanou todas as minhas dúvidas. A casa é simplesmente incrível, de verdade! Nos sentimos em nossa casa, tudo pintadinho, bem acabado, todos utensílios de cozinha, piscina gigante, área de churrasqueira super agradável, quartos arejados, muitos banheiros. E ainda tem uma atração à parte: a lagoa. Todos os dias de manhã corríamos até a lagoa, não levávamos nem 10 minutos. É bem pertinho mesmo. Bairro muito seguro e sossegado. Adoramos! Foi realmente a melhor viagem que fizemos. Espero voltar esse ano!
