"The property matched the pictures exactly. The place was very clean and had plenty of space. The view of the beach was very nice, especially for sunset. I would say the while the deck furniture was fine, I would prefer more relaxing/lounge type of future instead of the high top table and chairs. The service they provide for beach rentals had everything we needed, only negative is that they require you to have your items ready for pickup by 6am on the day of your departure, so you cannot use it at all on your last day. "

"The room was spotless, and the check-in staff was incredibly friendly. The trolley driver was very accommodating, and the team at the ice cream shop was also warm and welcoming. The beach was absolutely stunning—I keep thinking about how much I want to go back. Swimming with fish all around me was such a memorable experience. Overall, it was an amazing trip for both kids and adults. Thank you!"

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home on North Captiva. The island is truly special, and when we return, this will be the first house I check for availability.Our group of 13 made full use of the space — the pool and grill were perfect, and the home was exactly as described. We had a private chef cook dinner each night, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything she needed. The grocery delivery service also worked seamlessly.The property team was attentive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic experience — I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

We knew the home had been recently remodeled after hurricane damage, but the care and quality that went into the restoration are truly impressive.It feels brand new, yet incredibly cozy and welcoming.The house was immaculate upon our arrival-spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. The views are even more stunning than the photos suggest, and we spent every morning with coffee on the deck, just soaking it all in.A special shout-out to the caretakers, who were so attentive and made us feel well-looked after throughout our stay. It's clear how much pride they take in this property.We enjoyed our time so much that we've already decided we'll be back next year. "The condo was spotless, comfortable and well situated overlooking a small marina and view of the bay providing opportunity to observe wildlife from the screened porch, great pool right outside the door, short, easy walk or bike to the beach, beautiful landscaping. "
