"Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just right - some fresh fruit would be nice to have. B&B was clean and tidy. Good signage so place was reasonably easy to find."

"Our stay was aboslutely wonderful! The house and farm lies high up in the Tuscan hills and we were immersed in lush greenery with a river flowing nearby. Lorenzo was very welcoming and cooked us a delicious Tuscan dinner every night. We also loved his beautiful dog and two cats who made our stay extra nice! The room was sprakling clean and very cozy. "Luogo molto rilassante immerso nella natura. Accoglienza fantastica, specie per la nostra cagnolina, che si è divertita un sacco giocando con i cani dei proprietari. I cani possono seguirvi in ogni lato della struttura, anche sotto l’ombrellone in piscina. Ottima colazione ricchissima che comprende anche dolci fatti in casa. Abbiamo cenato due volte in struttura ed era tutto buonissimo. Ci è sembrato di essere in famiglia. "

"Our short stay could not have been better. After difficulty with our phones and GPS, we arrived to a very gracious Christina and a relaxing stay. The breakfasts we're outstanding. Thank you so much, Christina."

"We loved staying here. Barbara was kind, accommodating and made us feel really welcome. She was super with our little daughter. This place has also a hidden gem of a waterfall at a walking distance from the property. Loro Ciuffenna and its surroundings (including Arezzo) is a wilder and beautiful part of Tuscany who I would recommend visiting to anyone. *****"

"The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard.
The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I also requested an iron but was informed that one was not available and that I would need to pay €5 for a shirt to be ironed instead.
On a positive note, the breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. However, I would choose to stay at a different hotel on my next visit."
Charming & Luxury Historic Guest House in the Center of Arezzo ( Tuscany)
10/10 Excellent
"What a delight to stay in a former 16th century Count’s home! It was very special and made our whole trip extremely memorable. It’s been modernized but maintains the period look with modern appliances hidden from view with custom cabinetry. Wonderful lighting and a fireplace worthy of a grand palace. The enormous bathtub delivers hot water to the top unlike a lot of other grand tubs in Europe that looks the part but runs out of hot water after a few inches. We’d give this place 6 stars if I could. The owner is so personable and kind. We can’t thank Stefano enough for this rare step back into history. "
"Well, having travelled extensively for the past 13 years, this Hotel must be the coldest I have ever stayed in. It was December, but there was no heating on in the lobby area or the dining area so everyone had to wear coats or thick jumpers while eating their meals.
The showers were not particularly hot either. The room temperature could only go up to 19 Degrees so by the time I left it finally felt warm enough.
Don't think I will stay here again... Not in the winter anyhow.."
"The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly! The hotel had great parking. Easy access to all sides of town. The restaurant was excellent also. Our only complaint was the beds. They were very uncomfortable. "
Villa Vallorsaia with private pool, lake view, no neighbors
10/10 Excellent
"We had the most amazing time at La Conca. Vallorsaia is beautiful and quiet. My husband and I had our wedding here and Chiara went above and beyond to make us feel special and taken care of. We will definitely be back. Thank you so so much! "
Rhythms and atmospheres of the past, the comforts of the present a stone's throw from the city
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful property!!! Accurate photos on listing. All amenities here in this very comfortable Valletta. 6 minute drive to Arezzo and wonderful walking paths everywhere. Hosts were helpful and keep property so well maintained!! We did not use pool because it was too cool but it looks like it would be great in warmer months"
17th century farmhouse with private pool and Wi-Fi and air conditioning
4/10 Poor
"There is sometimes a fine line between rustic and dilapidated, but this property is definitely the latter. It is tired and dated, there is exposed wiring, the cot was broken, the fridge leaks water, the bathrooms are frankly grim and the aircon barely copes at maintaining 22 deg C. The house was the family home of the man who lives in a small part of the house. He can enter your part of the house whenever he wishes, and does so frequently and unannounced. It was his home, and feels like he has been relegated to the granny annexe but still misses his house. It could be a great property. It wouldn’t need much in the way of investment. The pool is lovely and large. It is an above ground pool (note the careful photography on the site that does not make this obvious). It is shallow, but apart from that provided lots of entertainment. The location is great and Arezzo is a lovely town and you are within an hour of Sienna, Florence and a bit further to many other famous destinations."
