"Very friendly staff, with a lot of programs for everyone and everyday. We had our dog with us as well. At the pool it was not allowed to have her, but we could walk down to the beach in 2 minutes where she could stay all day long with us. The hotel is little old-school, little rooms and simple setup, I would say a 3 star if we are stricter. Definitely not a 4star hotel when we compare it with other hotels from big cities.."

"Not sure why this place has a 4 star rating, a 3-star rating is being nice. While it’s close to the beach and the house keeping staff were amazing, that’s about all the nice things I can say. The check in staff was rude and basically threw us our key and didn’t explain anything. We got yelled at for parking near our room after being told to park there to unload our bags ourselves. While there is a private beach for the hotel, they don’t tell you beforehand hand that you have to pay to use it....

"Said the air-conditioning was broken. Wouldn't be fixed for our stay. Hadn't been fixed since last summer. Room was nearly 30 degrees. No communication prior to our stay. Everyone was complaining."

"Appartamento situato nel verde della macchia mediterranea a poca distanza da Capoliveri e dalla spiaggia di Naregno, posizione tranquilla e rilassante. Per chi ama il mare ci sono tante spiagge nei dintorni, la più vicina è Naregno a due minuti di auto oppure 10 min a piedi. Per chi ama uscire la sera trova vicino Capoliveri o Porto Azzurro. "Wir waren im Sommer 2025 auf Elba und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt ungefähr 250 m oberhalb einer sehr schönen Bucht mit kristallklar Wasser. Am Haus ist immer ein Lüftchen. Es ist nicht zu heiß die Lage ist optimal in der Nähe zu Caprivi. Die Betreuung durch Luca und auch die Besitzer war wunderbar. Wir fühlt uns sehr gut betreut! Als es zu einem Stromausfall kam, wurden alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt um wieder für Strom zu sorgen! Damit war wir sehr zufrieden. Als...
