  • Recently renovated private apartment located in a quiet and well-kept complex, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, directly on the sea in one of the most evocative and romantic beaches of the Island of Elba, the Innamorata beach which takes its name from a legend handed down in the centuries, which sees its traditional commemoration take place every year on July 14th.
    Equipped beach less than 50 meters away, possibility of renting an umbrella and deck chairs, pedal boat and motor boat rental, Wind surfing school and catamaran.
    Restaurants directly on the beach, in particular the 'Conte Domingo Restaurant' for a romantic dinner at the sight of a breathtaking sunset.
    A few kilometers away is the characteristic village of Capoliveri.

Erholsame Ferientage

Wirvwaren 2 Wochen in der Wohnung. Diese liegt fußläufig in 2 Minuten zum Meer inmitten einer Ferienanlage. Dies könnte in der.Hauptsaison laut sein, wir hatten nur an einem Sbend lautere Nachbarn.Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit Esstisch und Lounge ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Aussendusche, die wir täglich verwendet haben, da das Bad als einziger Raum nicht schön war und die Fugen in der Dusche bereits schwarz waren.Sonst war aber alkes super sauber und schön eingerichtet.Es wäre toll, wenn die Fliesen und das Silikon/Toilette ausgetauscht werden könnte, dann wäre die Ferienwohnung noch viel schöner!

Angenehme, strandnahe Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Anlage nahe dem Strand. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend. Am Sandstrand kann man den Tag verbringen und abends in der Bar tolle Cocktails bei Sonnenuntergang genießen. Sehr zu empfehlen

Das W-Lan hat zu keinem Zeitpunkt funktioniert, außerdem hat man auch keine Mobilen Daten, da die Wohnung in einem Funkloch ist. Ist eine private Wohnung in einer Anlage. Andere Wohnungen in der Anlage kosten die Hälfte zum gleichen Zeitraum. Auch die Sauberkeit bei der Übergabe war nicht gut. Schön ist der kurze Weg zum Strand.

Un piacevole soggiorno di fine estate

L'appartamento è ubicato all'interno del villaggio Innamorata, un'area verde fatta di vialetti pedonali e altre casette, servita da una reception, minimarket, ristoranti, bar, zona giochi. La spiaggia è raggiungibile con pochi passi, il che la rende perfetta per famiglie con bambini, liberi di scendere in spiaggia e risalire a casa autonomamente. L'appartamento è ben arredato, anche se un forno o un fornetto microonde farebbero comodo. Punto dolente la connessione wi-fi che non ha praticamente quasi mai funzionato, probabilmente per l'alto numero di utenze collegate (anche se era settembre, gli ospiti erano molti). Più in generale la spiaggia di Innamorata e la zona di Capoliveri sono posti incantevoli, specie se visitati fuori stagione, luoghi che rimangono nel cuore per sempre!

Der Aufenthalt in Michela‘s Wohnung war wunderschön. Alles war, wie im Inserat beschrieben, sehr sauber, tolle Umgebung, sehr schöner Strand und klares Meer… Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und herzlich, Check-In und Check-Out problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Traumhafter Sommerurlaub im Herbst

Die Lage des liebevoll eingerichteten Appartements ist traumhaft nach Südwest ausgerichtet und direktem Strandzugang. Außerdem ist der Capoliveri Bike Park nebenan…. Das Appartement ist super sauber und hat richtig bequeme Betten. Als Selbstversorger findet man alle notwendigen Utensilien und einen 4 Platten Gasherd! Auf der nicht einsehbaren Terrasse genießt man Sonne und Ruhe von morgens bis abends. Die Vermieterin ist richtig nett und immer ansprechbar! Unser Wettterglück hat uns im Oktober einen wahren Sommerurlaub beschert - rundherum ein genialer Urlaub!!!!

Wunderschöne Woche

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt. Jeweils zwei Minuten von Strand und Pool entfernt. Minimarkt um die Ecke. Terrasse sehr groß mit Aussendusche und durch Hecken sehr privat. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Sehr stimmiges Farbkonzept mit netten Accessoires, wirklich einladend und praktisch. Auch das Bad ist schön gestaltet, Dusche warm und sehr angenehm. Allerdings ist das Bad schon etwas in die Jahre ggekommen (Fugen). Die Betten sind mit harten Matratzen ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Appartment, dieser Ferienanlage und der Umgebung sehr genossen und überlegen, nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen!

wunderbarer Aufenthalt am Strand von Innamorata - Capoliveri

Wir haben zwei Wochen in einem gemütlichen kleinen Appartment verbracht. Die Fotos entsprechen exakt dem, was wir angetroffen haben. Die Kommunikation mit, die Unterstützung und die Nachfragen von Michela, der Besitzerin waren hervorragend. Ihr ist es ein Anliegen, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Wir würden und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau so, wie auf den Bildern. Man kann alles der Anlage nutzen inklusive Pool. Obwohl die Ferienwohnung in einer Anlage ist, ist sie sehr ruhig und abgeschirmt.

Giugno all'Innamorata

Appartamento in una bellissima zona dell'Isola D'Elba, vicino alle tsnte calette che si aprono nella scogliera sotto Capoliveri, ad appena 50 metri dalla spiaggia dell'Innamorata che presenta sempre acqua calma e cristallina. L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un residence con tutti i vantaggi del caso, soprattutto per chi come noi viaggia con bambini (ristorante, mini-market, piscina, animazione, etc). L'appartamento è bello, curato nei dettagli, completo di tutto l'essenziale dalle stoviglie alla biancheria. Se posso fare giusto un appunto, il bagno meriterebbe di essere un po rinnovato e sistemato perchè, forse per la tante persone che hanno affittato negli anni la proprietà, se ne nota un po' l'usura al contrario del resto della casa che è tenuta benissimo. La signora Michela è stata molto gentile e disponibile con noi. In definitiva consigliato, soprattutto alle famiglie con bimbi.

Quando d'avvero in una vacanza non manca nulla.. Appartamento in ottimo stato E accogliente,la sig.ra Michela disponibile e gentile.. Non dimentichiamo che si trova all'interno di un villaggio quindi è' risultato comodo per molte ragioni. Ancora grazie!!

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung in einer kleinen Ferienanlage am Meer - zum tollen Strand sind es etwa 100m. Der Strand geht flach rein und ist auch super für kleine Kinder geeignet! Strand ist eine Mischung aus Sand und kleinen Steinchen und wird Mittags sehr heiß!!! Auch direkt am Strand - Sonnenschirm-/Liegenverleih, Surfschule, Tretboot und Kanuverleih. Es gibt in der Anlage einen kleinen Laden, wo man das Allernötigste kaufen kann, wenn man nicht nach Capoliveri fahren will. Das super nette Bergdorf Capoliveri ist etwas 15min mit dem Auto entfernt. Die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung hat eine kleine Terrasse, die komplett umzäunt ist, man kann also auch kleine Kinder oder Haustiere draussen spielen lassen. In der Anlage gibt es auch einen Tennisplatz und ein Pool, der mitbenutzt werden kann. Auch zur Anlage gehört eine Pizzeria und ein Fischrestaurant, wo man bei einem traumhaften Sonnenuntergang sein Essen oder einen Sundowner genießen kann. Für 5 Personen leider etwas wenig Geschirr und für den Preis keine Spülmaschine vorhanden... Wir waren mit 4 Personen und Hund dort - uns hat es super gefallen und wir würden wieder buchen.

Un paradiso

Non ci aspettavamo tanta bellezza. La casa è molto confortevole e arredata con gusto. La spiaggia a pochissimi passi. La gentilezza di Michela (la proprietaria) e Rita (sua mamma). Tutto ha reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile.

Perfetto, nient'altro!

Non sono una persona che scrive molte recensioni, ma questa casa la merita. La casa è molto carina, arredata con gusto sopraffino che raramente troviamo in case vacanza, la posizione è ottima vicinissima al mare all'interno di un villaggio residenziale ben organizzato. La spiaggia dell'Innamorata è molto ben tenuta l'acqua meravigliosa, cosa dire.... La squisitezza della signora Michela e di sua madre completa il tutto. Spero il prossimo anno di potermi ritagliare una settimana per questo angolo stupendo.
