In the heart of the historic center of Capoliveri, large apartment completely renovated with care and taste. The apartment offers a large terrace overlooking the rooftops of the village, an excellent solution to spend cool evenings in peace and quiet. The charming view over the ancient roofs of the village is the added value of the house.

The apartment has a twin room, double room with bathroom, double bedroom, eat-in kitchen with sofa area, large livable terrace, second bathroom (only services). Presence of water storage with autoclave to make up for water shortage in summer periods. Outdoor shower, barbecue.
