"Adoramos o hotel, com uma vista magnífica, garçons super atenciosos, o quarto é grande com limpeza todos os dias e um banheiro também é super espaçoso. Comemos um bolinho de costela do chef maravilhoso que nunca iremos esquecer. E agradecer em especial os garçons Maria e Cristiano,pelo excelente atendimento. Já estamos planejando retornar e ficar um período maior."

"Excellent strategic location, easily reachable by car on paved roads. The Pousada is small and quiet, and has a wonderful view of the Serra da Canastra. The rooms are adequately sized, clean, and comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The town of Vargem Bonita offers various amenities reachable even on foot. Overall, it is an excellent base from which trips can be made further into the national park."

A pousada Mar de Minas fica 4km fora da cidade com acesso por estrada de terra em boas condições (Set/2025). Sua localização permite ótimas paisagens e contato com a natureza e animais do campo. Todos os funcionários são muito solícitos. Adoramos!"

"That was a great option for a reasonable price as properties around are over priced and it's in a very convenient location cause we had plenty of options for dinner around the property that we could just walk to it."

"Beautiful place, good location, but the room was too small as it was the bathroom, breakfast was really poor without regional food (bread, eggs, cheese, 2 sorts of fruits, market made cake, ham) no jam, no ‘doce de leite’, no canastra cheese, no skimmed milk. And nobody helped. "

"The staff is very attentive, simple and always willing to serve. Reception should be though more warm and welcoming. It seems they work under some pressure. They should be trained to make the Balneário more welcoming. This is not a reprimand, but only a suggestion for management to improve the place. "
