Estive recentemente hospedada no hotel, no entanto tive situações que me desagradaram muito . Primeiramente chegamos no hotel na segunda-feira e so fomos avisados que a cozinha e o bar nao estariam funcionando no ato do meu check-in, um absurdo Pois moramos muito longe o hotel fica fora da cidade e avisar assim e muita falta de respeito. Ok falei com a recepção e eles providenciaram uma porção pra nos e bebidas, o que me intriga e que eu como hospede cliente tive que reclamar para que eles fizessem alguma coisa. Outro ponto extremamente negativo o cafe da manhã alem de ter uma variedade minúscula ainda tinha presunto perdido Ate resportei ao garçom No entanto hoje meu último dia tinha mussarela perdida de novo Absurdo. Outro ponto negativo estavamos na jacuzzi e nao tinha ninguém usando e fomos advertidos que tinha um casal que tinha agendado o uso, reforco que nao tinha ninguém a jacuzzi estava vazia e so seria ultilizada as 16:00 e era apenas 15:30 Outro ponto negativo os copos servidos no bar sempre estavam sujos um absurdo. Fui informada qu teria degustação de queijo E ao chegar no local alem de nem ser bem atendidae foi oferecida 3 pedaços de queijo eu queria experimentar para comprar no entanto fiquei tao chateada que fui embora Outro ponto negativo, e tanta regra que voce nao se sente a vontade tudo tem que agendar, bar so abre 12:00 Restaurante 13:00 Absurdo o hotel fica fora da cidade entao tudo tinhamos que buscar fora . Ate que o horário chegasse

Hotel excelente

Hotel excelente com uma vista incrível. Os quartos são muito bons, limpos e espaçosos. O café da manhã é bem variado e com uma qualidade muito boa. Fica um pouco afastado da cidade, mas quase todos os bons hotéis de capitólio são assim. Recomendo a todos.

Hotel muito lindo e excelente para descansar. Atendimento do funcionários da recepção é ótimo. A limpeza do banheiro do quarto deixou a desejar, mas nada absurdo. Achamos o cardápio bom, mas deveria ter mais opções com preços melhores.

Bom Hotel.

O hotel é numa área muito bonita, sua estrutura é muito boa, Funcionários atenciosos e tem um bom cafe da manhã. É um hotel que tem tudo para ser excelente mas peca em detalhes que deixariam seus clientes muito mais encantados. Um exemplo simples é ser recebido com uma água ou um simples cafezinho ainda mais que estamos em Minas Gerais e em uma zona rural. Nunca estive em um hotel em Minas mesmo mais simples que isso faltou. Pelo valor da diária acredito que isso não prejudicaria no orçamento da empresa. Posso parecer chato mas Minas tem esse acolhimento que torna o Estado tão procurado e pequenos detalhes fazem uma diferença grande em uma experiência. Independente disso agradeço a todos pela estadia e desejo sucesso !
