However, I paid for a courtyard view and my husband and I were put at the tail end of the building, where it was at the end of the courtyard, the hot tub jets were out of order, the property is older and looked it, and I asked for extra pillows when I booked the room and never received them along with the bed being so uncomfortably stiff and getting maybe an hour and half of interrupted sleep. Not the best experience to celebrate our 21 year Anniversary."
