"The room was very clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful. They helped directed me to the best places for shopping and activities. The bar and food they served was Top Tier as well as the in-house Massage and Spa they provide. I found my Go To Place when I come to Thailand. And the pool was absolutely beautiful. I didn’t want to leave. I felt well taken care of. Thank you Staff for a wonderful experience "

A few things in the room could be improved such as easier access to sockets, faster bathtub filling, clearer light and AC controls, and having a master switch by the bed. Overall a good stay with really friendly staff. Note there’s no beach within walking distance, but they have a paid trip by van/boat to nearby island."
