Winelands Villa, located in the serene and scenic suburb of Somerset
West, offers a luxurious and family-friendly escape in the heart of the
Cape Winelands. This spacious villa accommodates up to six guests and
features three beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with air
conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished
with a king-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom that
features both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom includes a double
bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom also offers a
double bed, complemented by an additional full ensuite bathroom.
The villa's living spaces are designed for relaxation and comfort, with
a plush lounge area, an indoor fireplace, and modern entertainment
options like Netflix and high-speed internet. The fully equipped
kitchen is ideal for self-catering stays, complete with an oven,
refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and
tumble dryer. Guests can enjoy meals in the elegant dining area or step
outside to the patio for a traditional South African braai (BBQ) while
soaking in the tranquil surroundings.
Outside, the villa's private garden and large swimming pool provide the
perfect setting for unwinding under the African sun. Towels and linens
are provided, and off-street parking is available for added
convenience. Somerset West, a peaceful residential area just 45 km from
Cape Town, is renowned for its proximity to world-class wine farms and
restaurants, making it an excellent base for exploring the region.

short drive from Stellenbosch, Winelands Villa offers an idyllic

The Winelands Villa is conveniently located near Strand Beach and is
set within a secure estate featuring controlled access, ensuring both a
prime location and peace of mind.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
