Great value. Lack of plug sockets, no normal tv channels only Netflix, air con is pointless if it’s over 25 degrees and creates more hot air than cold! Bit noisy. Great location, safe building, amazing view, spacious and new apartment that’s super clean

We enjoyed our 18 night stay in Apartment 510 which was clean , spacious and quiet, being on the fifth (top) floor. We appreciated the alternate day service of the apartment and that a washer dryer was provided, in the bathroom.It was reassuring that there was 24 hour security at the entrnce and that a key fob entry was required to gain access to the lobby. Wasn't sure about the location to begin with, however we got used to it and there was a Mycitimbus stop 100 metres up the road which enabled us to get to get to Adderley interchange in 8 minutes rather than 25 minute walk! Overall an excellent stay.

Tive dor de cabeça na chegada, mas apenas porque não li o e-mail enviado pelo hotel, que trazia a informação de que eu deveria buscar as chaves do quarto em um outro endereço, que ficava na mesma quadra, a uns 100m de distância. Indo lá, também não tive sucesso em pegar as chaves, mas porque eu estava adiantado em relação ao check-in (o programado era 15h e ainda eram 13h30). Tirando isso, não houve problemas na estadia, mas há de se notar que o ar-condicionado do quarto que eu peguei era daqueles modelos portáteis (mas foi suficiente para nós).

The place itself is ok. The wifi is good. The gym is bad, in a state of neglect, no machine works. Pool is extremely dirty. Check in instructions were not clear at all. When you turn up at the place the security guard tells you to go to another place 200m away to pick up the keys. Why not send an email explaining that? I also didn't like being asked to do an online check in and fill my information in a website hosted in Liberia!

Good location with modern fittings and great views

Good, safe and secure location with a lovely room for two people. Nicely furnished too. It had great views of Table Mountain and parts of the city and close proximity to major attractions. My only concerns were having to collect the keys from an apartment block roughly 300m away and then having to walk across the road and into another building for the allocated parking. These were minor nuisances but slightly inconvenient nonetheless. Overall, I would revisit this apartment :)

CHEERFUL GOOD VALUE AND RECOMMENDED BUT..

I have given midtown rentals a good rating because the actual apartment was very comfortable and good value for money in a central location - the people I dealt with were pleasant and they meant well but there is room for improvement as they were delayed in doing what they promised on 3 occasions and inconvenienced me each time - but they did apologize and were friendly so it was forgiven and not a train smash, but there is so much more potential.. Also operating the TV was a little bit of mission and needing getting used to.It is a good product and recommended but with a few more features and more personal service directly with guests explaining things in a more professional manner could have made the overall experience much better. The location worked for me, the bathroom was a good size with a lovely shower and great views of Table Mountain - apartment 510. Oh the lift was out of order twice for short periods while I was there and I got a feeling this happens often, so it needs some attention. Overall the cost of the apartment was awesome and made it all worthwhile!

Ingen resepsjon du kunne henvende deg til. Rommet så moderne og pent ut ved første øyekast, men da jeg åpnet kjøkkenskapet holdt døren på å falle ut. Dusjen var ok, bortsett fra at mesteparten av vannet sprutet helt andre steder enn der det skulle! Ingen TV-stasjoner. Stedet for oppbevaring av koffert før avreise lå så langt borte at taxi var nøsvendig. Ingen rengjøring i løpet av de 4 dagene oppholdet varte. Ligger også langt unna turistområdene i Cape Town

O apartamento é grande. O serviço de limpeza é bom (mas nunca sabíamos a hora que a pessoa iria). A internet só estava disponível no ap, quando queríamos pedir um uber solicitavamos do quarto e íamos correndo para a entrada do prédio (não tem wifi nas dependências). Localização perto de pontos estratégicos, mas ao redor não é tão seguro.

Best value in Cape Town.

Absolutely amazing value. The place was nicer than anything any traveler may need or want and for an incredibly reasonable price. Couldn't recommend this place more highly. Ended up extending our trip one night and stayed at their other location, which was just as nice. Will stay here again, if possible, if we are ever in Cape Town again.
