Great accommodation

Excellent apartment. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend. Only downside was the steps up to the apartment for my partner with dodgy knees!

We were delighted with the property and experience, a stunning location and views of the mountains and breathtaking sunsets, tasteful apartment (with upgrade), kitchen, laundry facilities, two balconies, separate bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms, extremely secure 24/7 with visible security staff, responsive communication available through Whatsapp to reception and late-ish check-in available. Matresses in one bedroom were a bit on the hard side, but thoroughly loved it and would return

Excellent apartment in Camp's Bay

It was a superb apartment in a nice area. Easy walk to the restaurants and bars along the strip in Camps Bay. My only negative was lack of arrival info. We turned up to the property and the security guard had no idea who we were. We actually needed to call another company in order to meet someone on site for check in. It was easily resolved but the info could have been provided before we turned up. Parking was really great and secure. Apartment was very nice and the rooms were extremely comfortable.

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect setting and close to all beaches, restaurants and amenities in Camps Bay. Apartment has everything you can think of. Just needs a bluetooth function for our bluetooth music devices.

Apartment with a veiw

We enjoyed the place a lot. Ensuit bedroom is a big plus. A partition and a door in the bedroom upstairs as well as more safety on the stairs can make the apartment rate a 10 especially for toddlers

Very big and spacious appointment. Two big bedrooms, huge living room with open kitchen and another day room. 2 and half bathrooms. Really nice and clean place. We didn’t use much of kitchen but it was very modern and fully equipped. The Glen apartments are situated in the end street, 5 minutes away from Ocean and beach. It’s gated with 24h security. Felt very safe. We had a car and were given parking spot in underground garage next to the elevator. Very convenient. There is nice hotel across the street that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner so you can walk there. We arrived late very late so check in was a little confusing since the office closes at 5 pm. But security guard open the gate for us and called somebody from the mention hotel, and once he arrived the check in was very quick and we in the room 10 minutes later. Would definitely recommend Glen apartments and would definitely stay there again

Quite Comfort in Camps Bay

The Apartment was large spacious, well furnished and equipped. Located out of the main area of Camps Bay , a short 10 minute walk from the Beach. The complimentary access to use the Bay Hotels Bach cub was an added bonus.

Skuffende til prisen.

Stedet var dårligt vedligeholdt . Wifi var dyrt at købe. Rygning forbudt på helt området ( kun dårligt for rygere selvfølgelig. Vi havde 3 badeværelser, kun det ene var iorden. Receptionen var dårlige til engelsk.

The apartment was beautiful and well situated hotel in Camps Bay. The housekeeping was very poor even though we complained during the stay. Only at the end the complaints were taken seriously. If it happened sooner would have helped

Perfect stay!

Perfect location Amazing stay! Highly recomended. Lovely hostess, but she forget to get back to me with the tour she offered at check in, LOl. Its was ok! Easy to get around and find out yourself.

Great, spacious apartments

Our second stay at these apartments as a group of friends. Very comfortable, large apartments with all the amenities you need. Beds very comfortable, good air conditioning (except fan in the north facing bedroom which did get quite hot). All rooms had access to a balcony. Nice little pool area. On the downside there is a pre-school next door. It was quite loud during the week as the children were outside each morning and from quite early. Also you will need to purchase wifi and it was difficult to tell how much data you had remaining. These little things aside, we can highly recommend these apartments and we will be returning again.

My Stay at the Glen was amazing. The entire staff was great and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Tanya, Patricia, Lehtu and Bryon went above and beyond to accommodate us. We rented a three bedroom, three and half bathroom apartment and it was nice and spacious. We had a nice view and a balcony. I would definitely stay at the Glen Apartments again.

Vista magnifica

Existe uma diferenca muito grande em ficar hospedado no hotel ou no Glean Apartments, que primeiramente fica localizado em um outro local, mas a cerca de 200 metros do hotel. Infelizmente fiquei hospedado no Glean que esta passndo por uma reforma,portanto muito barulho e sujeira, sem contar que no ultimo dia nem a entrada principal tinhamos aceso, ou seja tinhamos que entrar pela garagem ! Poeira e barulho era o que nao faltava. Comprei um apartamento com vista para o mar enos deram um com vista quase totalmente obstruida! WI Fi somente no saguão do hotel, no apartamento mesmo pagando nao funcionava ! Este apart fica em um bairro muito bom, muita natureza e o hotel, nao o apart, tem uma vista maguinifica para Bahia, sendo que sendo hospede do hotel podemos utilizar toda otima infra estrutura que oferece. O cafe da manha e outro ponto positivo, muito bom. Nao aconselho se hospedar neste apart ou mesmo no hotel se nao estiver disposto a pagar taxi ou uber ou se for bom de camnhida subindo e descendo morro, pois fica a cerca de 2,5 Km da praia e a 3.0 do supermercado mais proximo !

Overall very good. staff really helpful. beautiful hotel across the road security very good BBQ was excellent steak out if this world starters and desert not as good breakfast good but not outstanding apartment was well appointed with a couple of UK sockets it would have been good to have been provided with a food starter pack the only down point having to wait for the room to be ready had to waiting about 30 minutes would I stay again you bet

Awesome family trip

We stayed at The Glen Hotel for 3 days. It was a fortunate opportunity to stay in CapeTown. I booked one room with three beds. But it was a two story apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, living room and dining room. We were very surprised to that. Table mountain, Boulder's Beach, Cape Point and Good Hope were also magnificent and gave us deep impression. Thank you very much for your help.

Wonderful stay in the Glen and Capetown

A very nice 3 nights at the Glen, the rooms were clean and tidy, all the items you would ever need. We were on the lower building so walking there was close however if you were in the top building it is further to walk and on an incline. You can also use the lift from the car park. Samantha was extremely helpful for all information that you as ask for and made countless phone calls to organise trips for us. A couple of points to mention. The wifi which costs about a 100 rand for 500 m but getting on it and the speed is poor however at reception the wifi is excellent. Secondly which is a small issue was the shower head in the main bedroom would not stay in the same position when switched on. You get wet if you forget. Lastly we stayed over at the game reserve on and would have been back late to leave.a phone call to Samantha and she gave us a complimentary late check out of a couple of hours.thank you for lovely stay

Exceptional location, staff, price & cleanliness

I highly recommend the Glen. Its very clean and quiet and the staff are wonderful. On one side of the street is the actual hotel (built in the 1920's). and on the other side of the street is where the Glen Apartments are located. Guests can use the amenities at either location. In addition, you can order meals and beverages at the hotel and have the bills added to your room charge. Its really a great place. The units come with full kitchen and washer and dryer. Very Convenient. The owners have multiple hotels in Camps Bay and allow guests to use amenities at the Sandy B Beach Club. We are looking forward to our return next year.

Sehr großes Apartment in einer sicheren Anlage

Der Empfang und die Aufnahme an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Alle Bedingungen entsprachen exakt den Buchungen. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig mit einem schönen Balkon. Die 6 Meter breite Öffnung der Balkontür verdeutlicht den Maßstab. Ein zweiter kleinere Balkon hatte die Morgensonne. Die Einrichtung des Apartments war gut und voll ausreichend für unseren Urlaub. Ein Nachteil war die fehlende Heizung. Für diese Jahreszeit waren die Temperaturen am Abend und in der Nacht bei 6 bis 8 Grad. Da war Fernsehen bei einem Glas Wein mit Stiefeln und dicken Jacken angesagt. Die Airco konnte nur kühlen bzw. ein kleiner Radiator nur ein kleines Badzimmer etwas wärmen. Die Apartmentanlage war im September nicht ausgebucht und frisch renoviert für den Saisonbeginn. Alles war perfekt!

Great Family Hotel

My wife & 3 year old son thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Glen Apartments are a short walk to the beach with glorious views of the mountains as well. A lovely lawn on the front and back. The rates were reasonable and you get real peace & quiet. Lovely place. We really enjoyed our stay.
