  • Amazing large and open space in the sought after suburb of Green Point. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms in a secure block with secure off street parking and access to the building's gorgeous communal swimming pool. A lovely outside balcony is the perfect spot to watch the world go by.

    The Space:
    -The apartment consists of 3 large bedrooms and a spacious living area consisting of a full kitchen, comfortable lounge and six seater dining area.
    -The living area leads out onto the balcony with outdoor (undercover) seating for the whole family.
    -The entire apartment is air conditioned, has high-speed WiFi and the lounge TV features DSTV. The master bedroom is ensuite with a bathtub and an over-bath shower. It leads out onto a private patio and features a King bed.
    -The second bedroom features modern decor and has a dedicated bathroom (not ensuite). The spacious third bedroom is ensuite and features thoughtful touches as well as a comfortable Queen bed.
