  • Situated 50m from the Promenade for Sunsets, Sunrises and the Ocean. Spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit, a stones throw away from the Sea Point Promenade and close to all activities, restaurants and bistro's.
    A 2 minute walk to The President Hotel and 5 minutes away from the famous Sea Point Promenade and Saunders Rock Pool.
    This fully equipped self catering unit will work perfectly for families & bigger travel groups.

    We have hotel quality linens. Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay changeovers. Please note that stairs are required as the apartment block does not have a lift.
