- Situated 50m from the Promenade for Sunsets, Sunrises and the Ocean. Spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit in a secure apartment block, situated on the 1st floor, a stones throw away from the Sea Point Promenade and close to all activities, restaurants and bistro's. This is a self catering unit. We have hotel quality linens. Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay changeovers. Please note that stairs are required as the apartment block does not have a lift.
