The hotel was very noisy both inside and out. Curtains in room didn't cover the whole window. It was though convenient for the convention centre and the staff were attentive.

The room was okay for 2 persons. We found the room was clean. Although, we did not spend much time except sleeping, we enjoyed the breakfast. The out side patio was nice and cozy.

Very-very nice breakfast, clean, cozy, small rooms. Area is ok, if you don’t go alone at night or stare at your phone, generally safe.

Property is a little dated but the staff are kind and efficient. Area is safe to walk during the day and close to the Convention Centre and a few restaurants.

Overall I like the hotel and would come back and recommend it. I didn’t like that I was not able to check in early or check out late to accommodate my flight schedule. The staff was friendly; though a couple of ladies in the restaurant tried to use a different USD to Rand conversion rate.

Staff was fantastic and friendly. We found the room and premises to be pristine and enjoyed breakfast and dinner downstairs. Short walk to VA waterfront and city sight seeing bus. Would highly recommend.

Great Experience!
I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel! The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very nice and I really enjoyed the views from the hotel. Also breakfast was very good.

A high level of professionalism from the minute I pulled up to the hotel and met the doorman, to the front desk, all the way through housekeeping. The room was exceptionally clean with adequate supplies. Friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk, restaurant staff. I enjoyed my stay and hope to come back !

Excellent bang for your buck
The service was outstanding. The place is simple, appropriate for price, and perfect for short business trip. Food was great, coffee, great price. Clean. Best part was front desk crew and service. Would stay again. No it doesn’t have amenities of 5 start hotel, but perfect for an affordable place to stay.

Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room, that's what I liked. The surrounding area is fine during daylight hours on workdays. Fortunately, there's a decent restaurant on-site, so I took my dinners there. I also had the daily buffet breakfast since it was reasonably priced and had modest selection that met my needs.

The hotel was clean, and the service was average. Despite what was supposed to be a discounted price, it did not feel like there was value-for-money. In fact, it seemed a bit overpriced. I needed to leave earlier than scheduled but the management was not amenable to refunding me for the day I needed to leave earlier.

We enjoyed the stay. Staff was very friendly. I would say there must be more place to hang a long dress and put in every room a small fridge. Parking was expensive R280 for two nights. I think the hotel can give you a card to park for free.

Be careful to book if you have to park!
All was good until the receptionist informed me that I had to pay R200 a day for parking where there actually was cheaper parking of R60 a day available. On my previous stay parking was R30 a day if I recall correctly.

To clarify that the parking as explained by Reception upon check-in is currently R150.00 for over-night parking as the Hotel does not own this parking. If guests are unhappy with the amount we then contact the Hotel Next door as they have their own parking at the R60.00 you mentioned, but as I mentioned to you when we spoke, their bays are limited and subject to availability. While the rooms are small qnd amenities are limited, the staff makes up for it. They are amazing! Everyone went above and beyond for us to make our stay the best. When I say everyone, I mean everyone. When in Cape Town, definitely stay here. The customer service is next to none.
