Distinctly meh…

The property is in a great location with a ton of good facilities on site. Communication prior to arrival was poor and we struggled to access. The property is in dire need of maintenance. Light fitting hanging off wall, mould on roof in bathrooms from steam, water marks on roof from what we can only assume is leaking showers in the floors above. Bath plugs leak, wasting water. Double bed in the one room is hard as a plank and really uncomfortable. Pillows need replacing and door handles in room loose. It was a cold stay. Property is well insulated, under floor heating and gas fireplace a redeeming factor in an otherwise less than average stay.
