Apartamento maravilhoso, mas empresa péssima!

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa. O apartamento é lindo e corresponde perfeitamente às fotos. Porém, passamos por uma situação muito desagradável. Fizemos o check out e o senhor nos liberou dizendo que estava tudo ok. 2 horas depois recebemos uma mensagem informando que seríamos cobrados pela lavagem de uma mancha que havia no tapete, da qual não fomos responsáveis. Ficamos muito aborrecidos com a postura da Totalstay, de nos cobrar algo que não fizemos, por telefone, depois de dizer que estava tudo certo. Tomem cuidado!
