New luxury apartment in a prime location in the trendy Green Point with sea views!
This modern new apartment, which was only completed a few months ago, offers the ideal starting point for vacationers who want to discover Cape Town, but also for business travelers. This almost 65 m2 luxury apartment in the trendy Green Point is delightfully flooded with light and has a spacious layout. The 4th The apartment on the floor offers a wonderful view of the V&A Waterfront, the Green Point Park incl. Stadium and the sea.
In the apartment, all glass elements are provided with double glazing (unfortunately not yet standard here) and air conditioning incl. In the living area and in the bedroom. Heating function installed. A fully equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher, washing machine with dryer function, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine incl. Milk frother and much more is a matter of course for this designer apartment.
A private parking lot, 24/7 security in the house, a pool with loungers to enjoy the South African sun, and WiFi in the apartment are of course available for the duration of your stay. Shops, cafes, restaurants, but also the Green Point Park, the Virgin Active Gym and the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance if you want to do without a car.

modern smart apartment
The apartment is exactly as advertised, modern, clean and well appointed. The location is great for access the V and A water front. The main roads the apartment block is located on are busy and noisy so it is best to keep the windows closed, making the efficient air conditioning system the apartment benefits from essential for a comfortable stay. I am told power outages are a fact of life in Cape Town and we did experience a number during our stay at which time the apartment became quite hot as the air conditioning went off.

Hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung, schöner Blickauf auf Waterfront und Greenpoint Stadion. Wifi, Sat-TV, bequemes Bett, Küche und E Geräte (Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine/Trockner, Spülmaschine) in neuer Technik, Tiefgarage mit res. Parkplatz, gute Sicherheitsvorkehrungen.
Lebensmittel-Laden zu Fuss zu erreichen. Div. Attraktionen nahe gelegen.
Etwas laut, bei geschlossenem Fenster aber erträglich.

Excellent apartment. Great location for V&A waterfront
Very nice apartment for 2. Some excellent coffee shops within 3 minute walk. Grocery only 3 minutes away as well.Helpful host, and her recommendations of restaurants were spot on. We really enjoyed Lupa. It was also good to have a washer/dryer in the unit. The oversize shower was enjoyable too. We'll definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!
This apartment is incredibly modern, clean and comfortable!
It has everything you need & more.
The bed just requires bedding that fits and the TV should be explained in more details we did not even know that there was Netflix and there were only a few channels available.
The host was incredibly friendly and helpful! We loved our stay at this apartment!

Excellent location. Near restaurants and food shops. Short walk to V & A Waterfront.
Top grade appliances. Would be nice to have English manual for use. Operations a little different for Americans.
