There is fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, French coffee press, crockery, cutlery and fully furnished living room with a 55cm flatscreen TV. The apt has highspeed internet WIFI provided. There are 2 bedrooms each with a Queen size bed on the upper level reached by stairs, both are with ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin. All Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided for your comfort. There is a large private and bright outside patio with a gas braai( BBQ) for a nice sundowner. In the garage there is a parking bay for the unit. The apt is located in Green point with most amenities and sightseeing nearby. The MyCity bus stop is nearby but it is an easy walk to nearby shopping etc...
