The open living room/dining room at the front with views over Table Bay, the stadium and in the distance Robben Island and the harbour area, with outside dining table with a gas braai.

    The Penthouse is on 1 level. There are 2 bedrooms both ensuite in the front with views from the windows of Table Bay. There is a 3rd bedroom with private bathroom at the back with views of Signal Hill.
    There is secure garage parking for 2 cars in the complex
