The host was very helpful. The property needs new furniture in the Livingroom, the sofas were stained the rug, the futon bed my son was to sleep on had awful stains and the place had an awful smell. The pool and jacuzzi was dirty.

Great location!

Agnes was amazing. My flight was delayed and she waited for me until 10pm! When I needed anything, it was done. The apartment needs a little TLC. New rug, draws stuff, washing machine door broken. But it's clean, comfortable and a superb location. Will stay again and recommend. Didn't use the facilities but they seemed great and not crowded Very clean too

the apartment was clean and beautiful... but the check in process killed the whole mood for me and I could not appreciate the beauty of the place thereafter. the check in lady made me feel like she was doing me a favour with zero hospitality

Luxury was not luxury

I was somewhat disappointed. For a place that advertised luxury it wasn’t at all luxury. There was a distinct smell in the room and simple items that denote luxury weren’t there apparent. Couch was soiled and bath towels were thin and overages from years of use.

Amazing!

Comfortable and clean modern apartment with amazing security, indoor pool and gym. As a family we enjoyed it thoroughly and wish we could have stayed longer. Fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. Conveniently located behind canal walk. Hostess was extremely helpful, courteous and went. The extra mile.

BAD DRAIN SMELLY FLAT

The flat smelled very bad of drain, when we entered. The lady that escorted us in, told us about this, as soon as we entered the flat and asked what the bad smell was. It was however of no help, because we would not be able to find other accommodation at that short/immediate notice. Also the bed in the livingroom, is really bad, and the bedding did not look or smell clean.

Basic comfort but some TLC requires

The apartment is reasonably clean and no evident COVID protocols, such as temperature checks /sanitizing/ residence are in place other than a visible 'wearing a mask is compulsory' signage on the.entrance of the apartment block. I have, however, come across someone exiting the lift on two separate occasions not wearing mask... The apartment itself requires some maintenace. The bathroom blinds mechanism is weathered, the bed headboard and dining chairs required new upholstering, the washing machine had some masking tape around the edge of the front loader door and the 3rd drawer of the kitchen utensils isn't flush with the others... The stove had an oven without any oven proof dishes/ utensils...

Exceptional views of Table Mountain, beautiful waterways around the apartment block. Furniture in lounge needs updating. Book in proceedure was a havoc, total confusion, the attendant mixed up the guests booking in, rooms were not ready, it was already 4pm.
