Eden on the Bay is a welcoming, family-oriented destination, ideal for

This modern two-bedroom apartment places you at the centre of it all,
where you will be greeted by the spacious open-plan design of the
apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a
comfortable self-catering stay, featuring a dishwasher, tumble dryer,
and washing machine for added convenience. Adjacent to the washing
machine, you'll find a Nespresso machine, Nutribullet, and coffee
plunger—because we truly appreciate good coffee and want you to enjoy
it as much as we do.

The dining area boasts a stylish table that comfortably seats up to six
guests, while the lounge is thoughtfully designed with a plush sofa, a
sleek coffee table, and a 55" smart television—perfect for relaxing
entertainment and quality time. Additionally, guests will appreciate
internet access throughout the property. Glass doors lead to the
balcony, offering stunning views of the surroundings and the iconic
Table Mountain. This inviting outdoor space is furnished with
comfortable seating and a gas BBQ/Braai, creating the perfect setting
to relax and enjoy memorable moments with friends and family.

The bedrooms are both fitted with queen-size beds, and the main bedroom
boasts an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, washbasin with vanity,
bathroom cabinet and a bathtub. The second bathroom, which is also an
en-suite, features a toilet, a washbasin with vanity, and a refreshing
shower. Linen, towels—including beach towels—are provided with your
stay. For your convenience, both USB-C and USB ports are available
throughout the apartment to keep all your devices charged and ready.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 102 Eden on the Bay , Blaauwberg Coast ,Cape Town.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
