This comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a modern
open-plan kitchen/lounge offers picturesque City views from the
balcony. It is ideally positioned within walking distance of the V&A
Waterfront and some of Cape Towns' trendiest restaurants, bars, and
cafes. Just a 10 - 15 minute drive to Table Mountain and the
world-famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.

door and has an access-controlled parking area.

DESCRIPTION :

This apartment offers a stunning, contemporary design with beautiful
furnishing and finishes throughout. It features a modern open-plan
kitchen, lounge-cum-dining area which opens onto a balcony. The kitchen
