Cozy Private En Suite Studio

Cozy Studio offers comfortable overnight accommodation in a studio located on the owner’s property in Observatory and is ideal for students or work travelers.

This open-plan studio can accommodate 2 guests at a time and contains a double-size bed as well as a work nook. A shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the en-suite bathroom. Linen is provided, however, guests are required to bring their own towels.

Additionally, there is a comfortable couch and a kitchenette equipped with an induction stove, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

The location of this unit is within close proximity to Waverley Park, shuttle services to the University of Cape Town, Groot Schuur hospital, lower main road with its shops and restaurants.
